Information and FAQ's.






I have a 5 Bedroom 2 Bath House Available June 1st.

Basic Info
  • The House rents for 1095.00 a month. ( utilities not included)
  • 5 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms ( both have showers and tubs)
  • Large Eat in Kitchen.
  • Living Room
  • Dining Room
  • Large Open Foyer.
  • Laundry Room on main level.
  • Central Heat and air conditioner downstairs, (windows AC units and baseboard heat upstairs)
  • Main Bedroom downstairs.
  • Gas Heat ( electric upstairs)
  • Large Completely renovated front porch
  • Front and back yard ( you'll be responsible for mowing the lawn, lawnmower provided)

  1. What does rent include?

Your bedroom and full use of the house/yard (minus the basement)

  1. How old is the house?

It was built in 1923. As was the rest of the neighborhood.

  1. How does the screening process work?
    1. Once all Applications are in, a scoring system will be used to score each group on credit worthiness, back ground checks etc.
    2. Decisions will be made within the next week and notification will be sent to each group via email.
    3. Once the selection has been made, security/holding deposits will be collected and leases signed. ( There will be a sit down meeting with the tenants and myself)
  1. Do all of the applicants in each group need to fill out and sign their applications for the group to be considered?

Yes, all applicants should fill out their applications and scan/email to keithpolarek@yahoo.com These applications will be checked this week, so send them no later than next Tuesday May 11th. Please also remember to include the other names of your group, so I can make sure to score the right applicants with the right group.

  1. Is there a security Holding/Deposit and what does it cover?

Yes, it’s equal to one months rent for each tenant or member of the group. People usually split the rent acording to room size. Downstairs bedroom is 260, 3 other upstairs bedrooms are 215 each and the small one upstairs is 190. The purpose of the holding/security deposit is to show your commitment to moving in on or before June 1 as well as a maintenance account to pay for repairs should they be needed as a result of tenant negligence.

  1. When will it be due?

June 1, 2010

  1. When would the new tenants move in?

As early as May 24th, until June 1, 2010.

8. How long does the lease cover the group?

12 months
