I am accepting rental applications between now and next Tuesday for 327 Westover Blvd. I have had LU students in this property for several years now and each group of students typically stays for several years each.
Each Applicant Group (4-6 people) needs to do only 2 things.
1. Print off, fillout, and scan/email me the below rental application (link below) ASAP. I am accepting apps until next Tuesday.( May 11) http://www.on-site.com/resources/application.pdf
2. Print out, fillout, and scan/email me the below questionnaire. Please send all applications and questionnaires together in one email to ensure I group them together with the right people.
Additional Questions for applicant. ( for students only)
1. How long do you intend to rent this house? (For example, if you are a sophomore in college would you prefer to stay until you graduate?)
2. Are you capable of paying a security/holding deposit equal to 1 months rent by June 1? Yes / No
3. Will you be available to move in by June 1, 2010? Yes / No
4. Are you staying during the summer months ( June-August) Yes / No
5. If you are NOT staying during Summer Months, you understand rent is still due even though you will be absent from the property. Please Initial__________.
6. Please indicate whether you are comfortable or not with the following "group" lease arrangement.
Group Lease
Tenants all sign one “Group Lease” and are held collectively responsible for the terms of the lease. Late Payments will incur late fees which the group will be responsible for remitting as a whole group. The result is shared risk and shared responsibility.

What next?
I will takea look at the apps/questionnaires and make a decision by Friday May 14th.
I'll contact your group and schedule a meeting where we'll review the lease together, sign the lease, and I'll collect security deposits equal to 1 months rent. This will happen some time between (May 15th- 23rd)
Move in between 24th and June 1.
Rent due June 1.
